Charlotte was an absolute legend to deal while selling our property, we were a bit nervous to sell as we needed to buy in the same market and knew how tough it was out there. Charlottes knowledge of the market, the way she kept us so informed the whole time was so calming that we could just trust in her to have it under control. My experience with Charlotte was the best experience I have ever had selling a home. Charlotte's knowledge of the market is second to none. Charlotte let me know exactly what the market was doing at the present time and what I could expect for a home like mine. A week into our marketing plan we were thrown into covid lockdown.
