Totally awesome!
Charlotte recently sold our property in Papamoa and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. She and her whole team were professional, motivated, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable about the market and the process. I highly recommend Charlotte, she will get the job done and nothing is a problem. Communication was excellent and we found the process so easy from start to finish. What a delight
From start to finish Charlotte was a delight to deal with. With an interesting market turn it took a little longer than hoped to sell our house but we persisted on and got a great result in the end. Done and dusted in 4 weeks.
Having decided for health reasons to put the property on the market just as it was beginning to experience the effects of higher interest rates, I was prepared for the long haul, or indeed, no sale at all. However, Charlotte and her team had an unconditional sale lined up just one month later at a very acceptable price. I would happily recommend Charlotte to anyone considering selling a property.

Since Charlotte has had good reviews & recommendations and she had also been referred to me from my sister who had always found Charlotte helpful & knowledgeable about the local sales in the area it made it so easy for me to consider Charlotte as my Real Estate Agent for selling my house. On meeting with Charlotte she was friendly, informative, professional and had the enthusiasm to treat my property as her 'best and only property' and also 'sell it to the right buyer' which was important to me. Her excitement and enthusiasm gave me the comfort that I had given my property to the right person as her energy was really positive and she communicated well so that I just left it to her. I went with her recommendations for the marketing and found that the marketing covered a large cross segment of the market including using many e business platforms. I never really had to do anything and Charlotte communicated to me at every step of the process. Sale of new build
Charlotte recently sold a new build for us. We were guided by her expertise and knowledge. With her recommendation we staged the home which looked fantastic. Everything was taken care of from staging to amazing photography and marketing. Charlotte works very hard and nothing is a problem for her she definitely goes the extra mile.
