Selling our beloved Gorgeous Lady
We were recommended Fran by a friend and are so glad we were! Fran is enthusiastic, proactive but realistic. From the get go she was easy to deal with and a great communicator. Fran appreciated the architectural features of our home and was immediately excited to list our home. She went above and beyond to enlist other services that would enhance our marketing, showcase our beloved home’s edgy features and help our home stand out from the rest. Fran was even a sounding board when I picked her brain to try get the house dressed perfectly! In a changing market there were times we were apprehensive, but we got the result we dreamed of! We have no doubt the extra touches Fran made in the beginning to get the listing perfect made our ‘Gorgeous Lady’ stand tall above the rest and gave us a point of difference. Highly recommend Fran if you’re looking for an agent.

Two times a charm

Highly Recommended!
We found Charlotte to be very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole sale and purchase process. She answered any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she made sure to find out and get back to us promptly. We asked for extra access to do some measuring etc and nothing was ever a problem. We would totally recommend Charlotte, her down to earth ways, her knowledge of todays market, and overall how she made everything happen with ease.

Excellent.
This is the third property Charlotte has either sold to or for us and as usual she has been thoroughly professional. The most recent sale of our house at 9 Ventura Key was made at a difficult time because of the falling market but Charlotte negotiated what we thought was the best deal possible for which we are grateful. Our experience with Charlotte was great!
We found Charlotte to be accommodating and easy to work with. She has excellent knowledge of the Real Estate industry and is able to communicate best options to sell a home. Charlotte's communication skills are next to none, a good listener and excellent negotiator. We had to leave our home to relocate prior to selling and Charlotte kept in touch with us consistently, going the extra mile to get our sale over the line at a time where selling is more difficult. Charlotte was always professional at all times. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Simply the Best
I had an excellent experience with Fran selling my home. She is approachable, clearly knows what she is talking about, good relationships with other real estate agents in the area, very knowledgeable of market, easy to communicate with, every step of the way she advised me of what was happening. Her positive upbeat demeanour made the whole process very pleasant, but still totally professional.

Outstanding service from Charlotte. I can't recommend her highly enough!
I can hand on heart say that selecting Charlotte to sell our home was an excellent decision. Throughout the entire process Charlotte remained professional, honest, confident and reassuring. She worked very hard to get the sale and the outcome was excellent, especially given the recent change in property market. Charlotte would have to be one of the most competent business woman I have ever met, who can problem-solve and overcome any issues that arise. She has excellent contacts for additional services such as cleaning, lawn-mowing, house-washing etc and all of her contacts also did an excellent job within a short-time frame. She is also a gregarious and dynamic person who made the entire process as enjoyable as possible.
