We met Steve and Clare as sales agents at an open home for a house we loved. Steve was relaxed and helpful, he supported us through the auction process and subsequent bargaining. Steve while acting as the sellers agent had unquestionably integrity. He was transparent and honest regarding his role as a seller for the vendor and balanced his responsibilities to the vendor and us as buyers very well. Steve truely was an expert at managing the process of making offers, we felt very comfortable working with Steve to put our best offer forward. Unfortunately we could not secure this home within our budget. Steve understood our families needs for a home, he provided a list of options and offered to organise viewings. In one day, Steve showed us five homes, one of which was perfect. A week later Steve assisted us through the auction process to secure this home. Steve was prompt answering calls and messages. He was very well organised and also flexible whenever we needed his time. He can be relied upon during what can be a very stressful process. Thanks Steve and Clare. Steve and Clare were referred to me by a friend and from the moment I met them I felt they had my best interests at heart. They were open, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to.
