Owen is very experienced and knowledgeable in and about the property market. As well as being very professional, he treated you like a friend. He made sure that we were well informed so that we could make appropriate decisions. He must be a good example to his colleagues as they are as professional and friendly as he is. I am so pleased that we had team Phelps at Gate Pa Eves market and sell our property which they were very confident would sell which in spite of level 4 lock down , and one open home less, it did go via on line auction. I thoroughly recommend this lovely team to market and sell your home for you. Lastly I did not want open home to be on Sunday the Lord's day and Owen very obligingly made open home on Saturday and no viewings on Sunday.
