Carol helped make the purchasing of our 'perfect home' into a reality! She was with us every step of the way, taking us to home viewings on the weekends which was much easier then going to open homes and made it a lot less stressful as it allowed us to view the homes in our time. We gave Carol a long list of things that we wanted in a home and she listened and made sure that most, if not all of those things were covered in the houses she took us too. When we first viewed Christopher St and loved it, Carol told us to visualize 'Sold' on the sign and we will make this happen, and it did with much support and help from Carol. When we went to Auction Carol made sure we knew everything that was happening and negotiated and bid on our behalf, even though we were there. This made the auction process a lot less daunting and we ended up with the home we wanted. This was our 3rd real estate deal with Carol Dovey who had previously sold our mums house and then ours. We asked her to show us properties to meet our specific requirements and we again received the benefit of her knowledge of the available properties. She showed us a new listing that went straight to multiple offers the day we saw it. Carol didn’t waste any time, sending me detailed lists of all available properties according to my description. Any of those she chose would have been suitable purchases. With her support and advice I was able to narrow it down to one in particular after only two outings with her. With her advice and support I was able to secure the house at auction leas than two weeks later. I can’t believe how easy she made the process, especially considering I live out of town.
