This deal wasn't straight forward in that I wasn't actually on the market and a had at best a very luke warm interest in selling. Natalie brought into the picture the perfect buyers for my rather uniques 17 hectare rural property, who fell in love with it. She then negotiated an offer that made me sit up and take notice and then kept things alive as we worked through some difficult conditions. She has an ability to connect with both buyer and seller and her communications were excellent throughout.
