Indi’s authenticity, knowledge and care made our purchase even more special.
In what can be a stressful time, Indi’s warmth through her communication went a long way to alleviating any of those feelings. There was genuine care for both the buyer and vendor. Questions, if required were answered promptly whether they were regarding the property or how the sale was progressing. Her knowledge regarding the homes history and architecture were unmatched, but also provided insights into the vendors memories from their time in the home, which can only be gained by trust. To sum up our experience in a review does no justice to Indi’s work, all I can say is, we wouldn’t want to have brought from anyone else.

The extensive interest in the property and method of deadline sale required a lot of work with expert negotiation and presentation skills and commitment. We are extremely lucky to have chosen Nick as our agent and couldn't recommend him highly enough.
