Once Courtney was initially contacted she wrapped us in confidence! The process just took off and our home was listed with speed, under offer less than 2 weeks later, and then sold a little over a week after that! Courtney is surrounded by an incredible, talented team – any question was quickly answered, any issues quickly solved and our home presented in a way that I really do believe could not have been better! We had large groups come through the 2 open homes due to the fantastic presentation, marketing and exposure. Courtney was like having a friend at our house, so relatable, so understanding, so nice!!!
