We found Courtney very easy to deal with. Her knowledge of how to market the property in a tough market were spot on. We had other agents trying to convince us to auction the property which we know from previous experience this was not the way to go for this property. She also came up with a novel way of “staging “ the property virtually which worked well to get people to the open homes.
