Very Happy Customers
We met with Richard several times through the buying process, and each time it was a pleasure. He let us bring our honest feedback to him without trying to "sell" us into a house that wasn't going to be right for us. Once we found our property the process was hassle free, with great communication from Richard. Upon takeover the house was still as we expected and we are pleased to finally be home. Prompt and Efficient
Richard sold our dairy farm by auction, with all the open days being well set up and fully attended, with a great outcome. He was instrumental in getting the timing right for the sale of our farm, while also helping liaise the subdivision of a second house on the property. Which he also then sold in a prompt, efficient manner, and also with a great result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard to anyone, to sell their property. His Knowledge of the South Waikato Real Estate Market is Phenomenal
Richard did some excellent in-depth research into the potential sale price, compiling an abundance of relevant case histories for comparison, along with a very clear picture in his mind of values and selling features that would influence our sell price. He achieved a contract at the top end of his estimate. We found his communication style excellent and his service brilliant. He went above and beyond being a real estate agent as he managed to introduce us to a buyer of the assets of our key income source (which was not wanted by the new property owner.) We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, his knowledge of the South Waikato properties and the locals is phenomenal. Apart from all that, he's a really nice guy to deal with.
