Genuine Care and Thoughtfulness
We are so incredibly grateful to Richard and the team for the care, time, and effort they put into helping us through our home-buying journey. Honest and Excellent Communication

We are so Happy
My husband and I looked at this property for two years prior to purchasing it, Richard helped us the whole way through the process waiting for us to sell our house in Kerikeri. He helped us with contracts and negotiations till we settled on a mutually beneficial price. We are so happy to be here in Putaruru, we love our property and have spent the last eight months adding to its value by developing the property with plantings and renovations. We are happy to make this our retirement home. This property was unique for us as we wanted a large shed and a small house, the process was drawn out but Richard stuck with us through the whole deal and also checked up on us afterwards to make sure we were well settled and offered some valuable local intel. We would be happy to use Richard as our agent again if we ever moved on and sold this property.
