THE REAL ESTATE AGENT WHO LISTENS
It was time to make the move into next stage living for ourselves plus one cat - we knew it was time, what we didn't know was how hard it would be to leave our rather gorgeous garden and the aviary full of colorful, character full birds. We had done the garden from scratch over 10 years and nutured the birds for nearly that long as well. We would have to leave the spot in the garden that held the 3 adored cats remains - that tears your heart into shreds and quite frankly we felt it was too hard for us. But time takes its toll and health takes its nips at previousy sound bodies - it was time. We looked at the agents in our town, the company was not important, it was the agent that mattered. Found some who promised the earth, some didn't hear our concerns, some too busy to actually stop & listen - not good enough.our hearts were involved then we chanced upon Richard - a man who actually DID listen and understood our emotions - he was quietly strong, he propped us when emotions fell, and he told us the cold hard truth of price expectation - he made sense, he cared, he did the job, he even wore crazy socks.
