Mel sold a family rental property for us and went the extra mile to help sort a compliance issue before we listed and provided a calming influence while doing so. Mel was positive with great communication and loved the portal where we could check the feedback ourselves without having to bug Mel. The price was less than initially expected but you never know these things until you test the market. We were ultimately happy with the price when putting feedback and the market into perspective which is important to do when you are the vendor. Hassle free experience so definitely recommend.

Mel and Lizzie were great. It was a tricky time to be selling with mixed messages from the market. We had bought our dream home conditional on the sale of our house. It was a stressful time, and more then once we thought it would fall through. Mel was always honest with where the market was at. But she turned over every stone, and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. We couldn't be happier.
