Shona was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how responsive, straightforward and easy to communicate with she was. Buying a property can have plenty of moving parts, but Shona kept us informed, followed things up quickly and made sure we always knew what was happening and what needed to happen next. We never felt like we were chasing her for answers. She also struck a really good balance between being professional and genuinely personable.
