Shona was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how responsive, straightforward and easy to communicate with she was. Buying a property can have plenty of moving parts, but Shona kept us informed, followed things up quickly and made sure we always knew what was happening and what needed to happen next. We never felt like we were chasing her for answers. She also struck a really good balance between being professional and genuinely personable. We felt comfortable asking questions, raising concerns and talking things through with her, and she was always patient and helpful. From our first dealings with her right through to getting everything across the line, Shona made the process feel much easier than it could have been. We really appreciated the effort she put in and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
