Both Sara and Chris have been great. Very knowledgeable in their perception of the housing market. They knew what they were doing. Had all the people they needed to back them up, like landscape designers, staging people, plumbers, water blaster people, etc. It took a load off our minds so we could concentrate on moving house instead of selling the old house. As someone in the industry myself (mortgage lending), I can genuinely say Chris Day is one of the absolute best in the business that I have ever come across. Chris is a gifted negotiator, and has the knack of taking what some would find a complex situation or negotiation and simplifying it expertly. Chris has an excellent team behind him as well, and we were well informed the whole way through the process. What I think I like the most about Chris though is his authenticity, which can be lacking in the Real Estate world at times. Not with Chris Day. His appraisal was accurate and fair, he didn’t try and over-promise, however Chris still managed to significantly over-deliver despite this. I genuinely can’t praise Chris and his team enough!
