We recently bought our house through Charlotte. She was brilliant throughout. She was always contactable and happy to answer any questions we had. It helped take one of the stresses out of such a stressful process.
The thought of going through the process of selling our house was a daunting one. We had met with a few agents but Katie and Charlotte were the perfect fit! We felt comfortable, valued and listened to. These wonderful ladies made us feel like no question was silly. The thought and effort that went into selling our property was outstanding and we could not be happier! If you’re looking for someone to sell your property, please do not look any further than these two...you won’t regret it!
Charlotte was reccomended to us by friends. We were not disappointed,Charlotte has excellent communication and marketing skills, is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge in real estate We have now sold and purchased with Charlotte's help and intend to continue to use her skills for our next properties. We highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for an excellent agent who gets results.
Charlotte went over and above to assist us with the sale of our property, nothing was too much trouble! We found the weekly reporting and feedback information provided very professional and thorough and also the regular phone contact that we had. We would have no hesitation in contacting Charlotte again to assist in the future

If I could, I would rate Charlotte 10/5. Charlotte went above and beyond in helping me sell my property. I am based overseas and she made the whole process so easy. Every detail was taken care of and after sales follow up provided. I cannot thank Charlotte and her assistant Tanya enough. Regards Tracy
Fantastic communication from start to finish. Charlotte is very professional in her approach and didn't stop working for us right down to the wire. Come Auction day she was still taking buyers through just prior to the Auction. Because of her dedication this resulted in us having two buyers bidding at auction instead of one and a great result! Being out of town we left Charlotte to it, and didn't have to worry about a thing - she organised everything from staging to an electrician to having the lawns mowed for us. Thanks Charlotte, we enjoyed working with you.
Can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Charlotte when selling my house recently. She was friendly , professional and guided me through the process to make it very stress free. I totally recommend Charlotte and would have no hesitation in using her and her team again.
Charlotte was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and has loads of knowledge. Even though we kept missing out she was always finding us the next suitable option and never slowed down. She was very flexible and made viewings work around our rosters. She found us an amazing home to purchase and I would highly recommend using her as an agent.
Lauren sold our property and was professional and hard working throughout the whole process. Our property came with its own unique challenges but Lauren worked tirelessly to market and ultimately sell our place for what we expected. I would absolutely recommend Lauren to anyone.
Lauren's market knowledge and skills sold our house pre auction and at a higher price than we expected. Would recommend Lauren to anyone going to sell their home.
Thank you Charlotte for selling our property. We have been most impressed by your honesty and professionalism. Your communication has been excellent and most appreciated. We thoroughly recommend.
