Fantastic communication from start to finish. Charlotte is very professional in her approach and didn't stop working for us right down to the wire. Come Auction day she was still taking buyers through just prior to the Auction. Because of her dedication this resulted in us having two buyers bidding at auction instead of one and a great result! Being out of town we left Charlotte to it, and didn't have to worry about a thing - she organised everything from staging to an electrician to having the lawns mowed for us.
