Initially found Charlotte informative & encouraging to put our offer to the vendor - but once our offer was accepted by the vendor we found her legalistic, unhelpful and too busy. It seemed more important to her to get a prompt sale over the line regardless of vendor or us as purchasers.

Charlotte was an absolute legend to deal while selling our property, we were a bit nervous to sell as we needed to buy in the same market and knew how tough it was out there. Charlottes knowledge of the market, the way she kept us so informed the whole time was so calming that we could just trust in her to have it under control.
