As a buyer, we found Ben to be very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new home. He communicated promptly and clearly with us at all times, was flexible in meeting our requests for viewings, and gave us the time and space to 'experience' the property on different days / times of the day prior to making our offer. We particularly appreciate the fact that he never rushed us and we didn't feel at all pressurised, as we have with other agents in the past.

Toni had an excellent understanding of where our property sat in the market and then ensured that the marketing perfectly targeted potential buyers. We ended up with 2x offers and a successful sale as a result. At all times Toni was very professional and with excellent communication generated great repour with all potential buyers. We were kept well informed of exactly what was happening with the marketing and where all the open home visitors sat with their views on the property. This feedback was excellent. Each open home had numerous visits, and this was testament to how good the target marketing was. Toni was recommended to us from our daughter and son- in- law who had bought their house through Toni. As such we knew how hard Toni had worked on potential buyers. Our sale was from a similar action by Toni who had kept in touch with the eventual purchaser, over some time, and this resulted in success for us. Overall, for us, we had an excellent result thanks to Toni's very professional approach and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

Simply the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. In the beginning was extremely thorough and ensured he knew every detail of our property. There was nothing that he did not know, so could speak with authority on any issue. This immediately gave us faith that he was hard working and conscientious. As we got to know Robin better, we came to trust him implicitly. His advice was always well reasoned and proved to be accurate. He was available to us as we needed and nothing was too much bother. As we were selling our house in NZ from the UK, we had to overcome the time difference and Robin was very considerate and accommodating in meeting our needs. We first met him when we were in NZ and straight away liked his enthusiasm and energy. These were vital factors for us in choosing an agent as we believed that he would put our best interests uppermost, and work diligently on selling our property. It was not an easy or straight forward undertaking as it had taken us time to ensure all the necessary requirements and permits were in place. Robin's knowledge of this process and his advice to us was invaluable. We had discovered him via word of mouth from a previous client (who had been similarly impressed) and eventually selected him from a group of candidates. We never regretted that decision and would have no hesitation in engaging him again, or in recommending him to other vendors.
