As a first time buyer this situation can become stressful quickly but ben checked in and replied in a very timely manner helping put an ease to it. Very lovely person even helping us during our open home visits with our daughter so we could really have a look. 10/10

Robin is a fantastic communicator and not only has a well-founded understanding of the market and process, but the interpersonal skills to make the entire sales process smooth for all sides. Our property was tenanted and our big concern was having the tenant looked after throughout the sales process. We needn't have worried. Robin represented us incredibly well and really did go the extra mile in making sure that the whole process was as low-effort and as smooth as possible for us, while keeping us informed every step of the way.

Robin explained the whole procedure of selling my home in a very easy to understand way. He gave me plenty of notice for open homes or privat viewings so I could get the house staged in time. He always rang me after each viewing and informed me about the potential buyers. When I had lost all hope that the house would sell in a very overstimulated market, he came up with a buyer! I would alway chose Robin again as he is very professional and friendly and gives good advice. Thanks Robin.
