We listed our house with Grant because we had heard good things about him. We followed Grant’s advice and listed our house to sell by tender and to do no open homes. Viewings were via appointment only. We had it listed for 2 weeks but actually sold it in 10 days with 6 offers. All the offers were good and we went with one that had no conditions and allows us to stay in it while we build a new house. Grant kept us well informed with what was happening and gave us plenty of notice for viewings. All viewings were one at a time allowing Grant to give undivided attention to the possible buyers.
