Grant is a very experienced Agent who is very honest & has excellent excellent communication skills
We engaged Grant to market our Section . There were also several other Sections on the market in this subdivision which potentially meant our Section could have been difficult to sell . So Grant thought outside the square & marketed our Section as a House & Land package in conjunction with a Building Company . He then achieved a sale of our Section within two weeks of advertising this package & also achieved our asking price . We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grant to any potential sellers , as he is an extremely hardworking & honest person
