We met Jane when purchasing this property and when it came to selling the same property we decided to employ her for that task. She has a wealth of knowledge of the Helensville area (especially when it comes to the complexity of lifestyle property) and is refreshingly direct with her approach. Some agents will offer low appraisals in order to gain the false appearance of being a ‘top agent’ by volume sold. Jane’s approach came across as honest but also allowing the market to communicate where the value was. The drama of getting our property to market was minimal, open homes (or appointment viewings) were clearly communicated with regular feedback around marketing data / potential buyer engagement. As with all sales it is a case of finding a number or value that works from both sides of the equation in order to get the sale done. We were very happy with the final figure and delighted we can move on to our next adventure. The current market made this sale more complex than previous property sales but we cannot fault the involvement of Jane as our agent.
