I write to express my thankfulness to have had Lesley Garriocks care and knowledge to help me through the difficulties of selling up my home. Lesley was the agent who guided me through the purchase of this property 20 years ago. I found her to be so straightforward about all the stages and necessary steps that I wanted to have her help again for this sale. At my now advanced years and with poor eyesight I have found the process stressful and emotional, but Lesley was there to explain and hold my hand . Thank you Team Burmester

Working with Tea and the Burmester Team was a pleasure! Originally we just wanted to test the market which quickly turned into a stress free sale meeting all expectations. They had a buyer lined up which made for a fun and exciting time instead of daunting which some time Real Estate sales can be, especially for a young family like ours. Tea is professional but fun and not looking for the hard sell, breaking some Real Estate stereotypes about the industry. Team Burmester is well connected in the community and it’s clear they do what they say they will and their reputation is everything.

We will engage Lesley if we sell or purchase property in the future. Lesley did her work in a manner that made us at ease. Her conduct was based on ethical and business principles, that we have not found previously when selling or purchasing property. I will highly recomend her to friends and business partners. Overall a very positive experience with Lesley and an excellend outcome.

Jane went above and beyond through this whole process. As we haven't done this for over 20 years we were struggling with what to do. We had more than a few curve balls thrown at us and Jane guided us through, kept in contact daily and supported us. I would not hesitate to use Jane for selling or buying, she's outstanding in what she does. Thanks again for everything!

Jane stepped in on behalf of Leslie who was overseas at the tail end of the sale. She handled everything professionally, timely and in good humour. I needed that. Very stressful selling a house you enjoy living in but know it is time for the next stage of your life.

Thank you, Jane, for making the journey of buying our new home such a positive experience. You were so lovely to deal with, always approachable, and made the whole process feel stress-free. The boys and I are absolutely stoked with our new home! Jane is an excellent agent - professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through such an important step. Highly recommend.
