Communication from them was clear, concise and at the right time. We were kept informed of progress throughout the process (even through a particularly stressful event, unrelated to the sale of the property.) We can't rate Brian and Andrea highly enough.
Andrea and Brian from the get-go struck us as trust-worthy and genuine. Also their customer service was exemplary. They were always available by phone, email or to meet in person. So much so we felt we were their only customer although we know they have quite a number of properties for sale in their portfolio. More importantly it was their calm and confident approach that got us there as we were so nervous and apprehensive. Even whilst we were in negotiations they always had our best interests in mind and guided us through what can be quite stressful.
