From the outset, Brian & Andrea were in control, keeping us informed, corresponding with our tenant to organise open homes, ( we only needed one.) organising the photos, even advising and assisting us with our new out of town purchase, for which we are very grateful. The house was put on the market on Saturday, open home Sunday, signed contract Wednesday. Brian and Andrea are renowned for going the extra mile, and in this case it made the whole process, such an easy relaxing few days for us, with a better result than we could have hoped for. They are definitely big on service, and the fees are so low.

I think selling a house is a huge event and no matter how good or bad the estate agent you use, there will be some ups and downs along the way. Brian and Andrea were always available and were happy to offer help or reassurance when needed. They gave up their time to help with some improvements in garden and provided some garden furniture for the photos which was useful. The most impressive thing in my opinion was Brian's efforts with the offers we received. There was a large gap between the original offer and the final sale price. This was down in no small part to Brian's strong negotiation skills and his desire to get me the best price for my property. I am grateful for every bit extra and it will help me to pay for some exciting items for my new home. I don't think a house sale will ever be easy, but Brian and Andrea will help to make it as pain-free as possible.
