We put an offer on a property in February 2021, and due to a condition of settlement, we did not settle until March 2022. Despite the majority of the work being done, Janine wasn't content to allow the purchaser and vendor to just communicate via their intermediaries and regularly followed up with updates on the property and how the specific conditions were tracking.
