Great Experience
Brent and his Team are very professional and helpful. Brent put a lot of time and effort into the final deal to sell our property. His market knowledge was on track with current trends. Communication was good following each open home and keeping us informed of progress. We particularly liked the communication via WhatsApp Group chat. It's a great way to communicate progress and keep track of viewings and open homes and to keep correspondence all in one place.

Above expectation.
Having now completed after several transactions I'd highly recommend Deborah. The marketing worked with lots of people attending the open homes with things specifically set up for the house around the tide times. The team were good at communicating with me, particularly when the market changed. We had clear and open conversations, so it became easier to make decisions. The auction process worked to flush out the cash and we ended up selling post straight away. We got more than I expected, so I’d say that’s a result!

33 hallmark rise
Brent impressed us with his sales skills when we first met him. Therefore we were a little disappointed to have so much input from a lot of other agents. Andre was brilliant but we were expecting Brent Bastin to be more present for the sale of our house, as we chose him for his sales skills. Andre and Brent were so friendly and approachable and their communication was beyond amazing. We did not get anywhere near the price that our house was valued at which was very disappointing. We understand the market had slowed but unsure of the extent to which we had to reduce our price by. We really appreciated the input of the interior stylist coming to our house before the photos and the photography was exceptional. Thank you so much
