Pam provided an uncomplicated selling experience along with her team. Being overseas for work I asked if Pam could perform a property inspection, where she identified external/internal maintenance issues and general landscaping. But right from the first open home I was impressed with Elliots knowledge of the property and refreshing candour. At the initial open home he was quick to tell us of any known issues, the primary one being that the property was without a code compliance certificate, but he didn’t shy away from giving us all the facts and that this was currently being worked through and gave dates for when everything would be completed.
