Firstly, we should say that in our professional capacity we owned a recruitment company and spent 25 years lamenting employers who ‘oversold’, or even lied about the people they were acting as a referee for, so we do not give testimonials out lightly, and when we do, they are accurate. After dealing with dozens of real estate agents over the last 30 years, we can say Jason was the first & only experience to date that we could describe as enjoyable. He is literally moonbeams away from any other agent we have been exposed to. Plenty of agents are referred to as ‘professional’. Jason is so much more than professional. We found Jason to be someone who has a well-reasoned strategy for everything he proposes to do. He took the time to read the council file on the property we were selling and researched (ahead of the listing going ‘live’) answers to any potential question’s buyers may have, so he was able to speak with knowledge when the questions did arise. Jason thought through who he believed the target market was for our property, and put in place things that he believed would grab their attention ….not just the usual shotgun approach of advertising everywhere (all at the sellers expense). The marketing strategy he developed was less expensive than we expected, making good use of all forms of media, not just print. Jason kept us well informed throughout the process, including during the time between the sale and settlement. He provided us meaningful feedback from the people who viewed our property, both positive and the things people didn’t like. He was ‘accurate’ in what he fed back, he did not embellish or sugar coat to keep us happy. He was always constructive in his feedback. Ultimately the most important result is how quickly and how well you can secure a sale. Our property was sold only two weeks into the campaign at a price that we are very happy with. We actually trust Jason and his advice, for the first time, we did not feel the advice of our real estate agent
