There was so much extra thought put into open homes and viewings - creating the right atmosphere for potential buyers. Jason and Cameron have been wonderful throughout the whole process. They are very professional, knowledgeable, do best on what they do and achieve the best possible result for us as a customer which was very important to us. It was never going to be easy selling our house being a family of 4 children aged 6 and under. Jason was great right from the start. From first meet and walk through, we didn't set a price until he had come back with local sales figures and then after a comparison and discussion we set our price based on pros and cons of ours. We initially had an over-estimated view of the price of our house and Jason was up front and honest from the outset and if he hadn't I know we wouldn't have had any interest. We knew he was giving good advice and had our sale at heart of the whole deal. Always impeccably presented for open homes he really was great. Would we sell with Jason again....absolutely.
