They are very professional, knowledgeable, do best on what they do and achieve the best possible result for us as a customer which was very important to us. It was never going to be easy selling our house being a family of 4 children aged 6 and under. However, we could feel they genuinely cares about our family and try their best to accommodate our needs which made the process a whole lot more easier.

Jason was great right from the start. From first meet and walk through, we didn't set a price until he had come back with local sales figures and then after a comparison and discussion we set our price based on pros and cons of ours. We initially had an over-estimated view of the price of our house and Jason was up front and honest from the outset and if he hadn't I know we wouldn't have had any interest. We knew he was giving good advice and had our sale at heart of the whole deal. Always impeccably presented for open homes he really was great. Would we sell with Jason again....absolutely. We were surprised when Ben walked down our long drive, our property is at the end of a road, down a very steep hill. Nobody walks down our drive. We found out later he had walked down the hill from the "private road" sign and walked back up. We were planning on putting our property on the market in the next few months, so his timing was good. His friendly but highly professional approach was impressive from the get-go. We had had some other agents out giving appraisals, but Ben and the Oliver Road package offered far more. We weren't disappointed, Ben gave us a 'to do list' to prepare the property, he even helped with the weed eating. A big job mid summer. We agreed a marketing start date for the intensive 4 week campaign. We were impressed with the wide coverage of the campaign. Ben was in touch often, kept us fully informed all the way through, we couldn't have asked for more. Any questions were answered promptly. Within 7 weeks we had an unconditional offer that we were very pleased with. The settlement period was quite long but Ben stayed involved and keeping us informed all the way. You couldn't ask for a nicer, better mannered agent. Ben gets results without being pushy, he was a pleasure to work with.
