A dedicated committed agent working hard to get a good result
We could not have found a better agent for our large property. Lea, as a local, knew the market inside out, loved our property and gave the sales process her all. She treated prospective buyers with respect and went out of her way to provide all the information requested. Her communication with us was excellent and she answered all our queries well, even carrying out research when needed. We were pleased with the final result Lea achieved, and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell in the Coromandel area.

A very simple and easy transaction.
Linda helped make the stressful purchase of a property for our needs a very simple and straight forward process. We attended 2 open homes and when deciding if to purchase or not Linda was able to smooth the way. All questions and issues were sorted promptly during the whole process. We had very specific criteria / time frames / finance and Linda was able to communicate this professionally between us and the seller. BRILLIANT AGENT CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Linda was brilliant throughout the whole selling process. We got the result we wanted. She went above and beyond to get our house sold. Even after we had a pretty tidy conditional sale she continued to work for a backup deal just in case the deal fell through (which it didn’t). She kept us informed during the whole process.
