Awesome Alana
Alana was brilliant to work with. Much of our decision making was done from Auckland and Alana was very professional, answering all our questions and liaising between us and her sellers in a very prompt manner. Alana is a lovely young lady, very easy to get along with and very efficient. We would gladly recommend her and certainly use her again if we need to.

Alana let the property 'sell' itself. She was a quiet presence yet immediately responded to questions about the property government value, houses in the vicinity as well as market conditions generally. Once we had placed a conditional offer, Alana ensured we were kept up to date with contractual developments.

Excellent to deal with!
Kylie and Belinda were great to deal with. It was a short marketing campaign however enough interest was generated to have 3 bidders at the auction resulting in the property being sold under the hammer. Good communication throughout and a seamless experience.
