We first met Jules at an open home. She was extremely friendly, and we felt had a good knowledge of the property we were inspecting. They often say first impressions count. Well in this case our first impression of Jules lasted the whole time we were dealing with her. She was great with her communication. Always followed up and answered any questions we asked her. At all times she was extremely professional in the manner with which she dealt with us without being forceful. Her time, effort and energy helped us close the deal and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. We were very impressed.

Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile in the marketing of our home was greatly appreciated. Given that this was a trustee sale with most of it's parties living overseas, potentially this could have been challenging. However, communication was not an issue and Roi brought to us a pleasing result in a challenging market. I would not hesitate to recommend Roi in the future.
