Great team effort
Given Paige and Dan are relatively new to the industry, they did a very good job. Their backgrounds are well suited to the real estate agent position. They are very well supported by Bayleys management and the wider Bayleys group.

Overall fantastic experience

To Whom It May concern. Since our first phone contact, Ant has been an excellent and prompt communicator who seamlessly mixes the business of a property purchase with both friendly courteousness and professionalism. Ant provided oodles of background information, both official and anecdotal, from the council, vendor and neighbours regarding the property itself and the local area. Really helpful in our decision making process. He mediated a sale quickly and well between the vendor and us and facilitated the sale with ease. In the course of conversations we discovered Ant is an active community and business member who is held in high regard, which is a difficult role to play successfully in smaller locales. We appreciated knowing people in common who recognised Ant’s skills as a well respected realtor in the Warkworth community. We concur. Personally, I’ve enjoyed the banter, gentle humour and Ant’s willingness to answer questions beyond the scope of the sale itself.
