We are very pleased with the resulting sale and it was a fair price achieved and painlessly, Jamie did a good job getting it across the line and played his cards well when we thought the Donnelly Team wasn’t going to deliver for us with the mountain of listings showing up and the first open day being dead. But he was lining us up for a strong finish with 3 playing for the big prize and comfortably had an initial offer up to where we felt it was acceptable & equally so the buyer. Woodrow was excellent, showing us around ALL the options. When we first started looking we were not really familiar with the Wanaka market and did not really know what to expect. We viewed just about everything from old homes ready for demolition too new and preloved family homes and apartments until we found the one that was most suitable.
