Arun was absolutely amazing - professional and committed to selling the property. His local and community knowledge coupled with his marketing expertise was evident from the first conversation. He regularly provided updates and feedback from interested potential buyers and I was thrilled at the level of interest in a short space of time resulting in a successful unconditional sale within 4 weeks. Despite the property being old and requiring a project approach to upgrade it by a potential new owner I never once felt Arun wanted anything but the best outcome.
