From late February to early June Tracy worked with me , a complete novice at house hunting in New Zealand. I had just moved back to NZ after 35 years in California . I had never owned a home , always being a renter. I had no knowledge of the correct NZ terms or the processes involved . I was delighted and excited to receive the key from Tracy after a long nerve wracking process. Naturally a bit of a pessimist I did not think the day would ever come . What a relief !
