We asked Alison to carry out an appraisal of our property, she visited and explained what was happening in the market and the prices other properties were selling for that were comparable with ours. Alison gave us a very clear indication of what could be expected in regards to sales price and marketing. We especially liked her no nonsense approach and honestly and her communication throughout the sales process was first class. We felt that Alison was able to provide such a great service due to her experience and also the very efficient support that was provided by her support team, each one providing information as it is required and making sure everything was communicated to us by Alisa and the team at Bailey's and we felt that was what made the difference, when you engage Alison, you get a team that deliver.
