Clare and her husband Grant negotiated the sale of our home in Acacia Bay. Grant sold a section we had subdivided previously. We have found Clare and Grant to be honest, direct and able negotiators. What they said they would do, they did. Their manner is likeable and professional but also kind and compassionate. They make genuine connections with vendors and purchasers that build trust. From start to finish, Claire and Grant have been a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism in marketing our home and listening to our concerns and ideas about how we wanted the process to go, was very refreshing. At no time time did we feel we were being pressured onto something less than what we expected, nor did we feel at any time that Grant and Claire weren't working 100% for us. In fact the process was very seamless, something we have never experienced before in selling a property. I might add that's ours was an apartment, so not as easy to sell, like stand alone dwellings.
