GREAT SERVICE
We left taupo many years ago and Alison sold a property we owned there for us. 20yrs later we are are returning and it seemed natural to contact Ali to help us on the return journey. Very professional, easy communication, and good knowledge of the area
Alison and Alicia were wonderful to deal with, helped organise our visits to the property and when we got caught in cyclone Gabrielle coming from Hawkes Bay Alicia was instrumental in making it all happen for us, right down to leaving lights on in the property and offering to get milk etc so we could settle in for our first night after an extra long drive from Hawkes Bay, when SHW5 was closed. We would highly recommend them as agents

Very helpful, went above and beyond
We chose to go through Clare because of her and her husbands long standing reputation in the Taupo district. We gave her our budget and list of what we were looking for and she took us through a couple of places, then suggested another place we hadn't considered and we loved it right away, the whole process was very simple for us as first home buyers with limited knowledge. We're very grateful for her help and will recommend her and Grant to anybody looking at buying or selling in Taupo.

Couldn’t have been better
Alison has an in depth knowledge of the Taupo market that can only come from years of experience. I was happy with her negotiations on our behalf and that the price she achieved was at the highest end of my expectations. She was wonderful with my elderly mother whose house we were selling and she had no trouble arranging some minor building work that the purchaser requested.
