I first met Chelsea when I was viewing one of the earlier properties in my search, relocating from Northland down to Taupo. Chelsea was so helpful, we are out of town buyers and she communicated with us regularly to let us know what was happening, she made herself available for the building inspection at short notice and organised a quote for us with a local supplier. Chelsea made sure that we were aware of the property, as she knew it would meet our needs and arranged for us to view it. She made the process of purchasing seamless.

Both Grant and Clare were very professional and have obvious experience in the Taupo real estate market. Would definitely reccomend them. Although, our sale did not acheive our expectations, they acheived a very good deal in a very competitive and challenging environment.

I was impressed with everything involved with the sale from the signing of the contract to the closing - every aspect was very professionally and thoughtfully completed. This was from the signing of the contract, advertising (the wording), the placing of the signs, open days (suggestions for improvement), good communication always and the closing the sale.

Flash and Sophie have a relaxed and easy communication style that makes buying a lot less stressful than it can be. They know the market well, and understood what we were looking for and considered the best interests of both us as purchasers, and the vendors. Throughout the buying process they reacted promptly to any questions or things we required to get us through to settlement date. They are extremely proactive, and nothing is a problem. They strike a great balance of friendliness and professionalism. We have bought and sold several times over the years, and can honestly say that this was a great buying experience, and highly recommend them as agents.
