My personal connection with Steph has spanned over 30 years, Steph considered my circumstance with great patience and understanding. Stephanie definitely goes the extra mile
Stephanie was warm, informative and professional right from the get go. Her communication was excellent and was always available morning and night for any of our tricky questions or advice on something. We were very impressed with Stephanie’s knowledge of the market and how she was able to answer any questions about the property in great detail (something we have noticed many agents’ aren’t able to do). A friendly but also a professional person
We were very pleased with Stephanie’s work throughout the sale of our property. She was professional, approachable, and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. Her communication was excellent, and we always knew what was happening. Stephanie also paid attention to the presentation of the property, looking after the garden and ensuring there were fresh flowers at the entrance for viewings. A great buying experience
Mel is a genuine, warm and personable agent; traits that can often be lacking from her peers in the market. As buyers, we found her to be incredibly helpful, an excellent communicator and an expeditious facilitator when it came to negotiations. Text messages and phone calls were responded to promptly and requests handled very nicely with no air of ‘too hard basket’ or pressure from her side. From start to finish we found Mel to be a pleasure to deal with and a breath of fresh air in the real estate market.
