Josh was available for communication throughout the acquisition process and his market knowledge was on point and accurate. His negoitition manner polite, clear and concise with his after settlement followup very much appreciated which allowed him to assist us in the reprograming of appliances that had been locked due to the power termination. A small matter but solved a problem which was very much appreciated.

After my father died I was responsible for selling my childhood family home where he'd lived for over 50 years. It was an emotional and stressful time for me, and with her professionalism and empathy Alison made it a far easier and more straightforward process. The house is quirky and rundown with a lot of substantial work needed, so not an easy sell, but Alison was outstanding. Her communication was great throughout. Alison's understanding of the market and her advice were spot on. She responded to all my questions quickly and clearly (and patiently) and was very upfront. She kept me fully informed about progress through the marketing process and achieved a great result. There were multiple bidders at the auction and the house sold under the hammer for significantly more than I had anticipated - but in the range Alison's research and market understanding had indicated was possible.
