Wei Wei sold our house in a very difficult market. She worked hard even when she wasn’t feeling well and kept us informed at all times. She was professional, knowledgeable and we were thankful for her guidance and positivity throughout. She comes very recommended.

Right from the first contact with Charlotte regarding the new home purchase she quickly followed through with all of the information I needed. She negotiated on my behalf for sale and purchase agreement which took to about 11 PM at night. Her tenacity was to my benefit. I was happy to give her some dinner whilst she was too-ing and fro-ing between myself and the vendor. Once the sale was completed Charlotte made it easy for all of the subsequent due diligence required such as building inspection, measuring rooms for new 'stuff', conditions for purchase etc, all in a very timely manner. Charlotte is a natural in her role and her professionalism and communication is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone buying or selling.

Trying to buy our first home, we came across every type of agent, and Charlotte was by far one of the most enjoyable and easiest to deal with. She had excellent knowledge about the area we were buying in and was always responsive and quick when we had questions or needed more information. It was an absolute pleasure!

Karen is an absolutely amazing real estate agent. She's very patient and supportive through the big decisions, the significant transitional process, managing to bring a steadiness to it with a discerning appreciation of the good things and attention to detail. She's terrifically knowledgeable and truthful and I'm very thankful for all her help. Lesley - (Vendor)

Charlotte sold our property this year after a unsuccessful campaign with another agent/company. Her work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to get us a successful offer was amazing. She also helped us purchase our new home and we are so grateful for her help and patience 😅

I am delighted to have the chance to let other vendors know of my wonderful experience working with Lorraine on the sale of my home. I had not been in the market as a vendor or a buyer for a number of years and had experienced a devastating loss with a leaky building, and the resulting fall out. Because of my experience I was very nervous and a bit skeptical about entrusting the sale of my last asset to an agent, and fully anticipated the experience being an ordeal I had to endure. However Lorraine not only did an outstanding job in marketing and selling my property, demonstrating integrity, an exceptional work ethic and unfailing dedication to the task, but she restored my faith in the real estate profession again, and for both of those things I am truly grateful. She was very professional but also patient and kind, and it was interesting that one of my neighbours who came to view the property remarked on how unintrusive, yet helpful and knowledgeable she was. It is my pleasure to recommend Lorraine to any prospective vendor. She will leave no stone unturned for you and will achieve the very best possible price for your property that the market allows. And she will perform those duties with grace and calm conviction.

From the beginning of our campaign Jo’s effort and dedication was constant, she took the time to understand our needs and produced marketing to a very high standard in which the best features of our home were highlighted. Jo always made herself available and kept us informed on progress regularly. Jo’s welcoming nature and approachability put buyers at ease, and we always felt no stone was left unturned during what was a changing market. We would absolutely recommend Jo to others looking for a professionally managed sale of their home.

Needing to sell my home that had numerous issues was scary, onerous, and incredibly stressful. I was extremely blessed to have Josh take on this massive challenge. His calm, professional, kind and pragmatic disposition was invaluable as we navigated our way through the complex disclosure and sale processes. Josh was clear on what was needed, he absolutely nailed the marketing, and even chose the perfect weather hour – which is hard to do in Auckland these days – for the photos! Josh is collaborative, transparent, trustworthy and an excellent communicator. Words cannot adequately convey my deep gratitude to Josh for removing an immense burden from my shoulders with such ease.
