I first met Jono a couple of years ago while looking at an apartment as a buyer. He was clearly acting for the seller, but in a very human way without the usual real estate agent evasiveness and doublespeak. I thought at the time I’d use him if I ever sold. I’ve just done that, and he delivered. Easy to work with, ran a clean process, and got a great result. Also worth saying - he surrounds himself with very good people. His auctioneer Connor is top notch. Proper A team.

Cristina was recommended to me by another agent who didn't know her well but had been impressed. I'm very happy I went with her, she organised everything about the sale including various contractors while I was at the other end of the country. Always responsive, she did so much organising without making a big deal of it, I felt like I was in really good hands. The property looked great and I got an excellent price in a difficult market. It was very easy from my end, probably not so easy from her end, but you'd never know that from talking to her! Completely professional in every way. I can see why she won all the awards!

Nick promised at the outset that we would not find a harder working agent than him, and he delivered. He recommended a good time to list the property and kept in contact even before the property went to market. He was very professional and an excellent communicator-following up after every viewing/open home with a verbal update and substantive feedback plus a weekly meeting for complete feedback each week during the campaign. I felt as if Nick understood our expectations, managed them during the campaign but then delivered at auction.
