We had the pleasure working with Erin during our search for our family home. She took the time to listen to what our families needs were and got to know us. Erin is extremely professional and very efficient. She always answered our calls and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was very anxious and nervous about going to auction so she bid on our behalf and kept me calm during the whole process. We would like to thank Erin so much for all her help and support during such a stressful time. We now have our family home and have her to thank for it. We would not hesitate to recommend Erin to anyone wanting to either sell or buy! Hilary and Phil.

I highly recommend Ian for his support and the amazing help he provided me on the selling of my property. He has a friendly manner and is easy to talk to. He always kept me totally informed in all aspects of the sale and all communications got a prompt response back. Having lived here for over 20 years the decision to downsize was a difficult one. I felt my home was in good hands with someone who knew the market and spent considerable time taking prospective buyers over the property. He made the selling stress-free and for that I will be forever grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Ian for anyone looking for an agent for purchasing or selling a property as he went well and truly above and beyond.

We recently sold a lifestyle block in Bombay with Ian and while this can be a very stressful process, we felt 110% confident by partnering with Ian. He was candid, provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. In addition, Ian was extremely responsive to every one of our questions, no matter how big or small. As we move forward to now buy our next house, I am extremely certain Ian will be the right consultant to help us navigate this process.

Mike and the team have been exceptional, we couldn't have asked for better. His knowledge, patience and availability were outstanding and the whole sale process was seamless. We started the process as the market was changing and there was plenty of uncertainty. Mike helped us through and we are very grateful to him for making a generally stressful process as stress-free as possible. At no stage did we feel pressured into anything, he was very honest with his responses and respected our decisions. He really is second to none and we are very thankful to him and will be recommending him to anyone we know looking to sell.

I selected Ian Buchanan as preferred Real Estate Agent to sell my property from receiving a mail drop card, and determining his attributes from reading his bio and record of past sales. Upon meeting Ian for the first time I was convinced I had made the right choice. His confident and assertive manner, presentation, and overall concern for my needs put me at ease. As the marketing campaign progressed where Ian conducted immaculate open homes, under the duress of Covid, I was assured by Ian's confidence that I would make a sale at an acceptable price, and indeed it proved to be. I was relaxed at the auction and won the day - all thanks to Ian. I couldn't have done it without him! I extend my thanks and good wishes to Ian and his lovely wife for their kindness and understanding.

Having recently purchased a property, Mike Murphy is an absolute professional. Appreciated his prompt replies, meeting us at the property and taking the time to let us consider our offers without undue pressure. We had to request a further day due to last minute due diligence, Mike took the time to call the owners and assure us this would be approved. We were in the market to purchase in our location of choice and came across a few agents during this time, none came close to Mike's communication & professionalism. Honesty & integrity go a long way and would recommend his professional & polished sales expertise to all future clients. Outstanding Mike and we thank you.
