At face value this was going to be what we thought would be a simple sales process however in a market and overall economy still struggling to recover from COVID the sale was anything but simple. We were fortunate to have Ian as our representative to guide us through the sale with sage advice as the challenges came along. I would recommend Ian to anyone as it is the advice you need to hear not want you want to hear which Ian provided which ultimately lead to an unconditional sale
