Initially recommended & introduced by Ponsonby office. We found the team hard working. Sale took slightly longer than expected but that’s expected this time of the year, heading into Christmas. We received very close to asking price. Comms could be tiny bit better however highly recommended & would use again in the South Auckland space.

Our property was empty and had a cladding which has a reputation of being a leaky building. In order to achieve a sale Mike recommended getting a building report (which assured potential buyers the house was in good condition) then staging the property and Auction.
